Stacey Kelly, CMD

Stacey Kelly is board certified as a Certified Medical Dosimetrist by the Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board. Additionally, Stacey is board certified as Radiation Therapy Technologists (RTT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. She is responsible for creating the radiation treatment plans for all 3-D conformal and Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT) patients.

Physicians Assistants

Eduardo "Ed" Vazquez, PA-C

Eduardo "Ed" Vazquez, PA-C is a Board Certified Physician Assistant who works directly with Dr. John R. "Jack" Steel. He completed his Masters of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Nebraska in May 2005.  He worked at The John Hopkins Hospital from 1992 to 2003.  Mr. Vazquez has been a Physician Assistant in the Florida Army National Guard since 2003.  Additionally, he worked in the Radiology Department at All Children's Hospital in St. Petersburg, FL before joining Dr. Steel in 2007.

Radiation Therapists

Tampa Bay Radiation Oncology currently employs seven Radiation Therapy Technologists. All RTT’s are certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and licensed by the Florida Department of Health Bureau of Radiation Control. The Radiation Therapists are responsible for delivering the radiation dose in accordance with the Radiation Oncologist’s prescription and the resultant treatment plan.

Ultrasound Technologists

Richard Hitchcock

Richard Hitchcock is a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer. He produces the ultrasound volume study utilized for prostate seed pre-implant treatment planning and provides the physician with ultrasound guidance for prostate seed placement in the operating room. He has worked as a medical sonographer for over 15 years and is one of the most experienced prostate seed ultrasound technicians in the country.

Jonathan A. Pudas

Jonathan Pudas joined Tampa Bay Radiation Oncology as Practice Administrator in early 2009. He brings 21 years of health care management experience to our organization gained during his 21-year Air Force Medical Corp career. Following his Air Force career, Jonathan served as Director of Organizational Development at Tampa General Hospital for six years.

Teresa Masse, SPHR, oversees the daily operations at Tampa Bay Radiation Oncology. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. Teresa has over 20 years experience working in medical office management and credentialing. She oversees accounts payables, marketing, human resources and serves as Executive Secretary to the Physicians.
